How can employees, managers and administrators access all evaluations, including completed, self, peer, downward, and upward evaluations?

All administrators can access all the evaluations for the employees under Administrative tools > Evaluation records. All downward evaluators can access all the evaluations for their direct reports, under My tools > My direct reports evaluations. The team managers of respective teams can access all the evaluation for their team members, under My Tools> Team performance > Evaluation records. Employees can access all their evaluations under My tools > My evaluations.
