Project performance provides the project manager with visibility to ensure that the project runs within the approved time and cost constraints. Understanding project performance at the right time alerts management to take corrective actions.
Project performance can be tracked using the steps below:
Step 1: Visit Projects > Add a new project.
Step 2: Enter the project title, type, start date, project members, and project managers in the appropriate fields, and Save the project.
Step 3: Visit Evaluation templates and click on Add a new evaluation to select Project evaluation template.
Step 4: Enter the evaluation title, send date, projects, or project types to be evaluated. Select the persons to be evaluated from the available options. Select the appropriate evaluators and result areas.
Step 5: Click on save to send out the project performance evaluations.
Project managers can now login to their accounts and visit the Project Performance section. They can view the average evaluation scores of projects along with time investment and budget reports.
