There are several types of evaluations at AssessTEAM. The most popular being Periodic, Project performance, and Ad Hoc Evaluations.
Periodic Evaluations are automatically triggered weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly as configured. These are scheduled as per the key result areas and employees selected to be evaluated. Specific evaluators can be selected or the default evaluations of the employees can be used by leaving the evaluator’s box blank.
Project performance evaluations can be sent at will or scheduled to go out automatically at the completion of each project. The project duration can be variable and at the end of the project all the people assigned would be evaluated for the selected result areas. Default evaluators are always used for this evaluation type. The number of days to trigger the evaluation at project closure are configurable. Evaluations can be also be set up per project type.
Ad Hoc Evaluations are simple evaluations for the selected people, team, job title, or result areas. The ‘send date’ is configurable and so is the period of evaluation. Evaluators can be selected or left blank to use default evaluators. Ad hoc evaluations are simple and useful when it comes to one time direct evaluations that do not need to reoccur.
An effective evaluation methodology evaluates each skill or behavioral pattern using an appropriate evaluation type – Periodic, Project Close, or Ah Hoc.
