There are 3 types of evaluations at AssessTEAM: Periodic, Project Close and Ad Hoc Evaluations.
Periodic Evaluations are automatically triggered weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly as configured. These are scheduled as per the key result area (KRA) and all the people that have the selected KRAs within their job profiles will be evaluated at the evaluation frequency. Specific evaluators can be setup to receive the evaluation requests per KRA and multiple evaluators can be setup as needs be.
Project Close Evaluations are automatically sent out at the completion of each project. The project durations can be variable and at the end of the project all the people assigned would be evaluated for the selected KRAs. Default evaluators are always used for this evaluation type. The number of days to trigger the evaluation at project closure are configurable. Evaluations can be setup per project type.
Ad Hoc Evaluations are simple evaluations for the selected people, team, job title or KRAs. The ‘send date’ is configurable and so is the period of evaluation. Evaluators can be selected or left blank to use default evaluators. Ad hoc evaluations are simple and useful when it comes to one time direct evaluations that do not need to reoccur.
An effective evaluation methodology evaluates each skill or behavioural pattern using an appropriate evaluation type – Periodic, Project Close or Ah Hoc.
