Please visit Persons and click on Add a new person to invite a team member. If the person is already in the system, you can use the Edit option to resend the invite. Alternately, you can visit Settings > Integrations to invite your team in bulk.
Invites are completely optional and at all stages, a user can opt-out of sending them. Imports have options specified to prevent users from getting invites unless required.
