How do I configure rating scales for job performance?

Rating scales are used across AssessTEAM for skill-based evaluations, job performance, and project performance evaluations.

Visit Settings > Setup to customize a rating scale and make it as your default selection.

The entire rating scale has been divided into three sections as a Rock star, Adequate, and Needs help, which can be customized according to your needs.
