What does the integration functionality do?

The integration enables you to import users’ and teams’ data from the software you already use. We support many popular project management and active directories, including GSuite, Basecamp, Wrike, Zoho, Office 365, and over 1500 other systems using Zapier.

In the absence of the above platforms, a simple CSV import works as great as any integration option.
