Please visit Administrative tools > Job title > Edit (job title) and use the different options under the ‘Directory access’ menu to configure the access:
1. Enable access to company directory – When enabled, the person can view the basic contact information of any employee, including their name, job title, email address, and joining date.
2. Enable access to endorsements – When enabled, the person can endorse a colleague or a co-worker on their one or more result areas.
3. Enable access to leave feedback at will – When enabled, the person can leave real time feedback for their team members.
4. Enable ability to request feedback from others – When enabled, the person can request a feedback from their team members on one or more result areas assigned on their profiles.
