Please visit Settings > Notifications and under the Text message notifications category, enable the option ‘Notify evaluators for evaluation and signature requests’.
Please note that the contact numbers must be entered in the persons profiles. This will enable text message based evaluations for your organization, and users who do not have emails will also be able to process evaluations that come to their cell phones as a text message.
Text message based evaluations are very popular for companies where not all employees have emails or most employees work out of the office.
