The program administrators with the user role as Owners, Human Resources, or Roll-out assistant can access the data for all persons.
Persons designated as team managers can access performance summary and evaluation records for all their team members under the Team performance tab.
Persons designated as downward evaluators can view evaluations for all their direct reports under My direct reports evaluations tab.
Persons designated as project managers to one or more projects can access project performance summary and project performance evaluations for all project members under Project performance tab.
