AssessTEAM evaluations are not weighted, the principle of continuous feedback depends on each metric standing on its own.

However, certain job goals can be given higher importance by splitting them into multiple result areas, for example for a salesperson the following result areas would work well.

  1. Quality of customer interaction
  2. Achieving sales targets
  3. Performance at shows and other marketing venues
  4. Office policy compliance

This ensures 75% of the score for this employee is directly linked to the job goals and only 25% is set aside for general responsibilities like office policy compliance.
