Please visit Administrative tools > Persons > Edit (person), and under the Profile picture box, click ‘Choose a photo’ to select and upload a picture. The image file should be JPG format and less than 3 MB in size.
The employees, on the other side, can login to their portal, select the ‘My profile’ option by clicking on their name from the top right corner of the screen, and update or upload a new picture. Team managers, however, do not have the ability to upload the profile pictures for their employees.
