How can we request feedback from external clients or customers regarding the overall performance of the company?

You can create a customer feedback request for the company by following the instructions below:

  1. Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Customer Satisfaction Survey template.
  2. Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period.
  3. Enter the company’s name under persons, fill in the customer’s details, including their name, email, and phone number, and then proceed to access your curated customer feedback result areas.
  4. Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluation request.
