To endorse a collegue or a co-worker, please visit My tools > Directory. Once there, locate the person’s profile and select the “Endorse” option. Choose the specific result areas you wish to endorse the person for. You can even endorse the person across multiple competencies in a single action.
All endorsements can be viewed on the persons’ profile, and a company wide timeline of endorsements can be accessed under My tools > Company performance.
