How do I change user settings available at the job-titles level in bulk?

Please visit Administrative tools > Settings > Job titles and click the Export option on the screen. Change the visibility status flag for various fields such as goal setting, evaluation visibility, continuous feedback and endorsements in the spreadsheet, and import it into the system.
