How do I enable goal-setting for our employees?

Please visit Administrative tools > Job titles and use the Edit button to access menu options. Enabling the toggle button “Enable ability to set self goals” empowers employees to set their own goals.

Morover, the option “Enable visibility to self goals” lets employees view their goals and the option “Enable ability to set up goal evaluation schedule” empowers employees to create goal-based evaluations.
