As the program administrator, you can quickly send out random peer evaluations by following the instructions below:
- Visit Persons > Edit (profile) and update the new peer’s data in the Peer evaluators field.
- Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Ad-hoc evaluation template.
- Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period.
- Enter the person’s name, select the peer evaluator level, and then proceed to access your result areas.
- Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluations.
