How do I set up result areas and performance indicators for my company?

Please visit Administrative tools > Result areas and click ‘Add a new result area’. Enter a name for this result area and add at least one performance indicator using the search button or by clicking the ‘Add a new performance indicator’ button.

Enter the title of the performance indicator, add a description and use the dropdown to make it selection with scores, selection without scores, or a free-text indicator. Next, apply a Likert scale or create a new scale, if you have opted for selection with/without scores option, and save the indicator.

You can also search for relevant keywords to find a result area that matches to what you would like to measure, and either use it as it is, edit it’s indicators, or create a duplicate copy.
