How do managers create team evaluations?

Team performance evaluation is a cornerstone of assuring team productivity. Without performance evaluation, management cannot reward productivity or find the ghost worker. It helps identify each team member’s strengths and weaknesses so that all team members are assigned to a role that best fits their abilities. Just by following this simple principle, management will double team productivity and efficiencies.

The steps below will enable team managers to create new team evaluations:

Step 1: Login to the AssessTEAM dashboard and visit the Team performance menu, then select the ‘Evaluate team’ option.

Step 2: Mention the title and Evaluation Description. Select the Send Date and the Evaluation Period. Select the appropriate level of evaluators from downward, upward, peer, and self evaluation levels. Choose from the available result areas to customize the evaluation.

Step 3: Click on the Save button, then click on confirm to send out the evaluations.
