How do managers create team evaluations?

Team performance evaluation is a cornerstone of assuring team productivity. Without performance evaluation, management cannot reward productivity or find the ghost worker. It helps identify each team member’s strengths and weaknesses.

The steps below will enable team managers to create new team evaluations:

  1. Log in to your AssessTEAM dashboard and visit My tools > Team Performance > Evaluate team.
  2. An Ad-hoc Evaluation Template will be generated. Notice that most of the fields have been filled in for you. Check for accuracy. The send date will be for today; please change it if need be. Choose the Evaluation Period for this assessment. As you scroll down, you will see the Associated Result Areas that will be on this evaluation – choose the required result areas. There are Advanced options and Signature options available to customize your evaluation.
  3. Click on Save. A reminder box will appear to show you exactly how many evaluations will be sent out and at what level. If it matches what you think it should be, click Confirm to send out the evaluations.
