How do evaluations work?

Evaluations can be done either in real time in the form of continuous feedback or via invitations sent over email.

Continuous feedback evaluations can be enabled from the job titles tab. Evaluators can then leave feedback at will.

Invitations for evaluations can be sent ad-hoc or scheduled periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).

Project evaluations can be one time or be scheduled to go out at the end of the project as well.

30-60-90 days evaluations are designed to evaluate new hires at upto 4 configured intervals.

A guided rollout is included with all our plans. Simply send us your job descriptions and we will set up your evaluations.
