How do different evaluations work?

Evaluations can be done either in real-time in the form of continuous feedback or via invitations sent over email and push notifications on our mobile apps.

Continuous feedback can be enabled from the job titles tab, this empowers evaluators to leave feedback at will.

Invitations for scheduled evaluations can be sent on ad-hoc basis or scheduled periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Project evaluations can be one time or scheduled at the completion of the project.

30-60-90 days evaluations are designed to evaluate new hires at up to 4 configured intervals, and the anniversary evaluations go out on the persons joining anniversary, every year.
