How do evaluations work?

Evaluations can be done either in real-time in the form of continuous feedback or via invitations sent over email and push notifications on our mobile apps.

Continuous feedback evaluations can be enabled from the job titles tab. Evaluators can then leave feedback at will.

Invitations for evaluations can be sent ad-hoc or scheduled periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Project evaluations can be one time or be scheduled and will go out at the completion of the project as well.(Premium and Enterprise version)

30-60-90 days evaluations are designed to evaluate new hires at up to 4 configured intervals.
