How to view my direct reports and their evaluations?

Please visit My Tools > My direct reports to view your direct reports’ profiles and evaluations. Please remember that you need to be assigned as downward evaluators on your direct report’s profiles, or they need to be added as upward evaluators on your profile to access their evaluation data.
