The “Outstanding” widget on the dashboard shows employees who have scored more than 7 in their performance reviews.
You can configure the score range for each category (Outstanding, Satisfactory, and Needs improvement), rename them, or change their colors under Settings > Evaluation configuration > Performance baseline.
