Will a text notification still go out even if the person doesn’t have an email address?

Yes, as long as the person has a valid contact number on their profile, they will continue to receive the text message notifications even if the don’t have an email address configured in the system.

To add or update the contact number for an employee, please visit Administrative tools > Persons > Edit (person) and use the Contact number field to enter the 10 digit phone number without the country code or special characters.
