  • Number Of Treatments Per Guest – Describes how many treatments each guest books during their spa day. This is calculated as the ratio of total treatments sold to total amount of spa guests.
  • Spa occupancy – Describes how close you are to operating at full capacity. This is calculated as the percentage of total treatment hours sold to total treatment hours available.
  • Average treatment time – Describes the average length of therapy sessions conducted by the therapists. This is calculated as the ratio of the total number of treatment hours sold to total spa sessions in a given period.
