How do I create my own rating scale templates for the performance appraisal process?

Please visit Settings > Evaluation configuration > Rating scale and click the “Add” button to create a new rating scale.

You can make the new scale or an existing scale as your preferred Likert scale by enabling the option “Make this my default rating scale”.

Alternately, you can create new scale templates on the fly while adding new performance indicators to your library.
