How can we use the analytical result areas to exclude scores of some evaluations from user profiles?

Please visit Administrative tools > Result areas > Edit (result area) and enable the option “Analytical result area where scores do not get assigned to the evaluated employee”. This option would be Ideal for generic questionnaires, workplace satisfaction analysis and Manager 1:1s. Such result areas, when used in creating the evaluations, will exclude the evaluation scores from user profiles.
