How can managers assign goals to individuals or specific persons in the team?

To add goals for individual persons, please follow these steps: 1. Visit My tools > Team performance > Person list tab, select the person who needs a new job goal and click on the Goals icon. 2. Select a Performance Indicator from the library by using the search and click add. 3. You could also create your own by clicking Add a new performance indicator button on the top right corner of the screen. 4. Select the desired evaluator levels, Evaluation Frequency and the repeat interval, assign due dates to goals, and save the configuration.
