Please follow these steps to perform a Manager 1:1 review:
Step1: Login to your AssessTEAM dashboard and visit My Tools > My Direct reports
Step2: Click on the Manager 1:1 button to get started.
Step3: Next, click on start evaluation. You can add your responses in upto 5000 characters for each question. Click the Finish evalution button at the end to complete the manager 1:1 review.
