Customers can be added to the software at the Customer level; they would NOT be able to log in to see reports, but they can complete customer satisfaction evaluations through email or push notifications on our mobile apps. Customer surveys can also be sent out through ‘Evaluation templates’ by choosing the green ‘Add a new evaluation template’ and shoosing the ‘Customer Satisfaction Feedback’ type of evaluation. Fill out the necessary information.
Be sure to add the user as customer contact on the Project, Company {or Person (entity?)} that needs to be evaluated so that all the evaluations completed by a customer are categorized as customer satisfaction scores visible on that particular Person’s (entity) evaluation reports. In other words, you can add the company as a Person and have the customer or client rate the company.
