How do I evaluate employee performance automatically every quarter?

Open the Evaluation templates tab, Click “Add a new evaluation” and select Periodic evaluation, select the interval as monthly with every three-month trigger, or you could have it trigger with weekly or daily durations as required, pick the teams, persons, evaluators and result areas to be evaluated. Click save to schedule the periodic evaluation to go out automatically.
