Can I submit an open-ended answer for an evaluation?

Performance indicators can be both qualitative and quantitative.

Qualitative performance indicators require the evaluator to enter their opinion as notes.

Quantitative performance indicators have an option for the evaluator to <Leave a note> while completing the evaluation in addition to the selection.
