Can I submit an open-ended answer for an evaluation?

Absolutely, you can submit a detailed open-ended answer to an evaluation.

Qualitative Performance Indicators require the evaluator to enter their feedback as notes which can be made mandatory, while quantitative Performance Indicators have an option for the evaluator to ‘Leave a note’ in addition to the score selection.
