How can team managers compare team members’ evaluation scores to determine trends and patterns?

Tracking and comparing the performance of individual team members against each other is a crucial aspect of successful employee management. Studying these comparisons will assist team managers to get a handle on the team performance as well as the team dynamics.

Moreover, if the team is not functioning optimally, the manager can intervene timeously before the potential challenges amongst the team members cost the company time and money.

Therefore, as a team leader or manager, to compare 2 or more members of your team, you need to follow the steps in AssessTEAM as set out below.

Step 1: Login to the AssessTEAM dashboard

Step 2: Click on Teams Performance menu listed under the My Tools category. These menu options are found on the left-hand sidebar.

Step 3: Click on the Person List button on the Team Performance screen.

Step 4: Click on the Compare icon in the Action column to compare team members. Finally, add the other team member’s names whose performance metrics you would like to compare. Once this is complete, click on the Compare button, and the results will be displayed on the screen.
