How can team managers compare team members’ evaluation scores to determine trends and patterns?

Tracking and comparing the performance of individual team members against each other is a crucial aspect of successful employee management. Studying these comparisons will assist team managers to get a handle on the team performance as well as the team dynamics.

Moreover, if the team is not functioning optimally, the manager can intervene timeously before the potential challenges amongst the team members cost the company time and money.

Therefore, as a team leader or manager, to compare two or more members of your team, you need to follow the steps in AssessTEAM as set out below.

Step 1: Login to the AssessTEAM dashboard and visit the Team performance menu, then select the ‘Person list’ option.

Step 2: Click on the Compare icon in the Action column to add the member’s profile for comparison. Add the other team member’s names whose performance metrics you would like to compare. Once this is complete, click on the Compare button, and the results will be displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Individual evaluation records can be compared by visiting Team performance > Evaluation Records. Select multiple evaluation entries to be compared and click the Compare option at the bottom of the page to generate a side-by-side comparison report.
