How do employees leave a response when they are evaluated?

We suggest doing a 360 evaluation where the employees can review the managers too. This could just be feedback to the evaluations, as well as for completing competency evaluations. 2-way communication using this process helps create understanding between employees and their managers about how to improve in both directions. They can also type a text response for each indicator by clicking on the > Leave a note > box while completing the evaluation.
