Please visit Administrative tools > Result areas > Edit (result area) and use the weights column to populate diffferent weights to the performance indicators. The sum total of all the weights assigned should be 100%.
Morover, you can visit Administrative tools > Persons > Edit (person) and click on a result area to overwrite the default weights to a new schema.
