How do team managers compare their team members’ evaluations?

Please visit the Team performance tab > Evaluation records. Select two or more evaluations you wish to compare and click the Compare button at the bottom of the page. Please note that you can compare upto 25 evaluations at a time. Mangaers can also visit My direct reports evaluations, use the filers and select two or more evaluations for comparison.
