Please follow these steps to use AI to generate result areas for a job position:
Step 1: Please visit Administrative Tools > Persons and use the “Edit” icon to edit an existing profile or click the “Add a new person” to create a new profile.
Step 2: Assign a job title and click on the “Use AI for result areas” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Next, select your relevant result areas from the results, you can also describe any other responsibilities for the person in the “Job description” field.
Step 4: Click on “Continue” to generate two performance indicators for each of the result areas you selected.
