For Yourself – Please visit the ‘Goal setting’ option from the menu bar if available. (If not, contact your Manager or AssessTEAM Administrator.) From there, you will see each of your goals. Please assign weights to each of the goals listed. Make sure they all add up to 100% of the total weight.
For a Team Manager- Please go to ‘Team Performance’ on the menu bar if available. (If not, contact your AssessTEAM Administrator.)
Choose “Person List” and then choose the corresponding Goal icon for each Person. From there, you will see each of the goals listed for this particular person. Please assign weights to each of the goals listed. Make sure they add up to 100%.
For an Administrator- Please go to ‘Persons.’ Find the person you wish to assign a weighting to and click on the Goal icon. From there, you will see each of the goals listed for this particular person. Please assign weights to each of the goals listed. Make sure they add up to 100%.
