How do I create a 360 review/evaluation template for specific people?

Login to the AssessTEAM dashboard and follow these steps: Step1: Visit Evaluation Templates and click on Add a new evaluation. Step 2: Select the Ad-hoc evaluation template from the available options. Step 3: Fill in the details required, including the title, send date, and the evaluation period. Select the names of persons to be reviewed and enable the 360-degree evaluator levels from downward, upward, peer, and self-evaluations. Next, choose the result area(s) for your 360-degree evaluations using the dropdown search bar. Step 4: Choose the advanced options and enable the signature flow, as needed. Step 5: Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm and send out your evaluations.
