How do I ensure that a self-evaluation is shared with the supervisor or manager?

When creating your evaluation template, simply enable the signature rule “Send a signature request to all downward evaluators” and/or “Send a signature request to all team managers” under the Signature options to automatically share a copy of the self-evaluation with the reporting manager(s) for their signature and approval.
