With our Premium and Enterprise Plans, project performance provides project managers with visibility to ensure that the project runs within the approved time. Understanding project performance at the right time alerts management to take corrective actions.
Project performance can be tracked using the steps below:
- Visit Projects & click Add a new project.
- Enter the project title, type, start date, project members, project managers in the appropriate fields, and save the project.
- Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation and select Project performance evaluation template.
- Enter the evaluation title, send date, projects, or project types to be evaluated. Select the persons to be evaluated from the available options. Select the appropriate evaluators and result areas.
- Click on save to send out the project performance evaluations.
Project managers can now login to their accounts and visit the Project Performance section. They can view the average evaluation scores of projects along with time investment and budget reports.
