Please follow these simple steps to set up goals for your employees:
Step 1: Log in to your AssessTEAM dashboard, navigate to Administrative Tools> Persons, and click on the “Goal” icon to get started.
Step 2: Choose the appropriate Evaluator levels and select from the master list to assign job goals. If you want to create new goals, just click on the “Add new” button.
Step 3: Next, assign due dates and weights (if required) to your goals.
Step 4: Set the Evaluation Frequency and the repeat interval, and don’t forget to SAVE your configuration.
