Visit “Result Areas” and type in the keyword “Happiness” and hit search – you will find our result areas for the Workplace Happiness Survey. You can customize them using the Edit button, or create a copy by clicking on the Duplicate option.
You can now use the steps below to send the happiness survey to all your employees:
- Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Ad-hoc evaluation template.
- Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period.
- Enter the company’s name under Persons, type the keyword “All” under select evaluators, and then proceed to access your curated happiness survey questions.
- Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluations.
