Please visit the Person’s goal-setting page and click on the “Use AI for goals” button. This will open a dialog box, where you can add custom suggestions for the AI engine to generate goals. Leave this blank to create goals from the person’s result areas and past evaluations. Once confirmed, the AI will instantly generate five SMART goals for the person. You can always modify the AI-generated goals or even manually create new goals using the separate ‘Add new’ button.
