There are two ways to conduct the manager 1:1 meetings using our pre-designed set of questions, which are specifically configured for these meetings. These questions can also be modified by visiting Admin Tools > Result areas and by editing the result area named “Manager 1:1 questions”.
Approach 1:
1. Go to Evaluation Templates and click on “Add a new evaluation.”
2. Fill in the necessary details for your one-on-one, such as the title and the send date.
3. Select the person and the manager’s name, and under the result area section, search for the result area “Manager 1:1 questions”.
4. Once you’re done, click the save button to trigger the evaluation notification to the manager.
Approach 2:
1. The manager can log in and visit My Tools > My Direct reports.
2. Click on the Manager 1:1 option.
3. Click on start evaluation, and capture the meeting feedback. They can sign and also send it to the employee for signature.
