How to exclude scores of completed evaluations from employee’s profile on their Performance summary and My job result areas pages?

To exclude scores of completed evaluations from employee’s profiles on the Performance summary and the My job result areas pages, you need to apply one of the below settings before launching your performance reviews. You will not be able to change the score configuration once the evaluations are released or completed. 1. Visit Administrative tools > Result areas > Edit (result area) and enable the option “Analytical result area where scores do not get assigned to the evaluated employee”. 2. While setting up a new evaluation template, visit the Advanced options and enable “Exclude evaluations from score computation” option to exclude the evaluation scores from employees’ profiles.
