How to know if a performance indicator uses a rating scale or is free text?

Please visit Administrative tools > Result areas and click the ‘View’ button to list all the performance indicators along with their configured rating scales or free-text options. Additionally, you can click on the “Edit” button next to each performance indicator to change its scale selection by choosing options from ‘selection with scores’, ‘selection without scores’, and ‘free-text’.
