To remove weights from the evaluation, please visit the Administrative tools > Result areas > Edit (result area) and remove the weights assigned to different performance indicators. Furthermore, please visit Administrative tools > Persons > Edit (person) and remove any weights assigned at the person level to any result areas or performance indicators.
