How to update progress on goals, or mark how far along I am in completing my goal?

Use a percentage completion rating scale (0-10%, 10-20%, etc) while setting up the goal, and create a goal evaluation schedule to automatically send out evaluations where you can indicate how far along you are in the process of achieving the goal.
