How do I insist on evaluators leaving a descriptive note with their selections?

Performance indicators can be configured to require notes. Simply check the “Notes mandatory” box next to each of the scale option selections that indicate the evaluators must leave a mandatory note. You can also require notes for any selection by checking the box at the bottom that says, ‘Evaluators must leave a descriptive note for any selection.’
