Is there a way to add a description to the rating scale beyond the title of each rating?

To add a description to your rating scale values, visit Settings > Evaluation configuration > Rating scale. Add or edit a scale, and use the same text field to add a description to the rating scale option. For example, you can modify the Exceeds expectations scale text to “Exceeds expectations – consistently performs above required standards and goals.”
