What are result area scores?

Result areas are groups of performance indicators. These are either assigned to groups of people (via job titles or as team goals) or directly to individuals.

Result areas assigned to employees are essentially the employers expectations. These are visible to all employees except for ones at no access permission level.

Evaluators score result areas by rating employee performance on performance indicators.
